GoogleWendy was a dream to deal with (again!). I was buying a house via RRH for the 2nd time and had the pleasure of speaking to Wendy and the team regularly for 6.5 months (not because of RRH). Nothing was too much trouble and always responded to emails and returns calls. (of which there were a lot of). Great friendly service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

From day 1 the whole team was really helpful and made the whole process stress free, from the valuation to the viewings then the bids to the sale. GoogleFantastic service and excellent customer care provided by the team at Hyde. From initial inquiry to moving in, Jill made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Everything is explained every step of the way and after care is provided too. After trying to rent from several other estate agencies I wouldn't consider anyone else in the future. Use Reeds Rains for a complete service with peace of mind.

GoogleGaynor is a rockstar! I can't thank her enough for what she did for us selling our property and helping us to buy a new one. She went truly above and beyond in getting a difficult chain moving in the right direction. There were times when it felt like the sale or purchase were going to fall through for one reason or another but Gaynor always put us at ease, communicated up and down the chain and gave us great guidance. Make sure Mr Reeds Rains splashes out on Gaynor!

She made the whole process run smoothly I never had to chase for any updates and all my questions were answered. We have been kept in constant contact and they didn't make me feel I was mithering them when I rang. Although I dealt with Jill and Les, Wendy was always very pleasant on every phone call. Throughout our house purchasing process, the ladies went above and beyond to keep us in the loop, provided advice and reassurance and were constantly on hand, answering queries swiftly.
