5 stars isn't enough! The support and empathy that Gaynor has shown during the purchase of our first home has been outstanding, and far outweighs any level of service provided by our solicitors. Gaynor didnt need to maintain the level of contact that she has, but without it so much of the time I would have been left in the dark regarding the progress of my purchase. She even was able to highlight unnecessary delays, allowing me to take charge with my solicitors and get the Head of Operations involved to speed up the process again. Being a first time buyer, I would have been none the wiser and would probably still be waiting. I would definitely consider using Reeds Hyde if we ever recover enough from our experience of our solicitors to sell our home in the future, Wendy has also been great, as well as everyone we have spoken to along the way! Thank you Reeds and thank you Gaynor! Fully recommend!

Excellent service by all but support from Wendy Tynan was invaluable. Buying a house 97 miles away from Hyde and having never sold and purchased a house at the same time was rather daunting and frustrating for me. Wendy became my sounding board, councillor and friend over the 6 months the process took and she made the whole time less stressful for me ensuring my mental health stayed in check. Sid and Leah were in charge of letting out my house. From the beginning to the end, they were extremely professional. The property was swiftly advertised with good photos and descriptions. Because I am not local, they got in touch with gas and electrical contractors on my behalf to obtain the necessary certificates and coordinated their work. I was kept informed throughout the process. Finding tenants and conducting all required background checks took just four weeks. I am very happy with the service and fully recommend Reeds Rains Estate Agent.

I've let two properties using Reeds Rains and find the staff at the Hyde branch highly efficient. They are up-to-date with current regulations and guided me through the process with friendly competence. Where do we start! So Reeds Rains were the estate agent that our sellers used and did they choose right. From the first contact with Reeds Rains they were responsive and professional unlike some others I know. We were fortunate to have a lady called Wendy deal with our house purchase and she absolutely went above and beyond and made the nightmare somewhat bearable. Emails were responded to in a timley manner, phone calls were answer never fobbed off and this made the whole buyer process so much more easier. We have just sold our house through Reeds Rains in Hyde and I can’t tell you how great and supportive the team there have been. Both ourselves and the buyer were having numerous issues with our solicitors not responding to emails or calls or not informing us of key information. If it wasn’t for Gaynor at Reeds Rains we wouldn’t have had a clue what was on going and she constantly went that extra mile to keep us and the Buyers informed of what was going on. We sold our house through Reed’s Rains and honestly would recommended using them to anyone! From the minute Louise came to value the house, we instantly felt at ease. We didn’t feel pushed into selling with them unlike other estate agents and felt so well informed from the very visit. We had a few buyers due to various reasons and Reed’s rains were incredible.
