GoogleLiterally the best experience I could of asked for. I recently completed on a property for sale by Reeds Rains. It was possibly the most complicated and troublesome sale I have heard of. Gaynorwas dealing with the sale. She has done the work of 4 solicitors and an estate agent. Daily she would go an above and beyond her role. Gaynors communication was impeccable I was always kept in the loop of what was going on good or bad. Gaynor maintained positivity and professionalism throughout the process. I cannot thank Gaynor and the team enough for the support we have received.

GoogleWe recently bought and sold houses with Reeds Rains, initially we went with another agent but were very disappointed with them. When we then transferred to Reeds Rains we saw a complete difference, we would like to thank all their staff but especially Gaynor and Wendy, they were true professionals. Most of our dealings were with Gaynor who showed calm determination to see us through, which at times was a very bumpy ride.We cannot thank her enough. Dilys and Jaz Cholawka, Hyde.

I would like to mention Gaynor who looked after my sale and who is outstanding in the way she works. Keeping me updated consistently as to the progress of the sale and generally making me feel confident that Reeds Rain were making every effort to make the transaction smooth. GoogleI've recently rented a property with Reeds Rains, Hyde branch and I could not be happier with the service me and my Fiance received. We were kept up to date throughout our tenancy application and was able to move in to our dream home within 2 weeks of viewing it. Everybody in the office is really friendly and helpful. Our Landlord is great and really approachable so I cannot recommend the team at Reeds Rains enough they're all fabulous!

GoogleCouldn't not rate this place high enough. I enquired about a house 2 weeks ago...and today I got the keys. The process was so fast yet so professional. Natasha showed me round the house and went through all of the paper work with me and I didn't feel pressured in any way. I was told in advance about everything I needed to do or needed to bring into the office. As stressful as looking for a house is, these girl really made it alot easier. Natasha and Adele were so easy to talk to. There was nothing that they wouldn't do to help. Thankyou so so much to reeds rains hyde. I will telling all my friends and family about your services. GoogleI have had the best service and the warmest welcome ever by Jill Spears at the Hyde Branch. I can't tell you how much she has gone out of her way to help me - when I was stuck in a little village 40 minutes outside Guilsborough and I was needing to urgently secure a home in Hyde. Jill certainly lives and breathes 'going the extra mile' for her clients and her customers and even offers a listening ear while doing so!! A true asset to her organization in every way! If I called and Jill was busy, I had the pleasure of speaking to Wendy - who was an absolute pleasure! She is a very cheerful person who exudes her personality over the phone, her bright voice immediately makes you feel like you are 'part of a family'... and she even knew who I was when I called- that was very impressive! I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anyone I know. The service has far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Kind regards Vanessa

GoogleThe whole team was nothing but amazing, they was always keeping me up to date from houses that have only just came onto the market, to reminding me of appointments that have been booked for viewings.. they listened to what we needed being as we had a 3 month old and had problems elsewhere where as hyde welcomed us every time we spoke or popped into the store thank you the team and especially Natasha who deals with renting.

GoogleWe sold a property through the Modern Method of auction. The process was longer than normal due to Covid but the staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Viewings were carried out by the agents and we were kept informed throughout.

Reeds Rains first sent the details of the house the day after it went on the market as it fitted my criteria (and more). They organised the viewing for that weekend and we fell in love and made an offer. Can not thank Wendy enough for all her hard work!
