GoogleReeds Rains Hyde branch guided & helped me through the procedure to become a landlord & rent out my flat in the local area. They explained everything clearly to setup the tenancy & full management of the flat in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend the services of Jill & the team to any new comers to renting a property in the Tameside area.

GoogleDisgusted at the treatment my mother has had regarding a property managed by this estate agents. Unannounced visits to the property while my 15 year old brother is on his own in the house and excessive mould and damp - the issue has not been dealt with despite my mother having severe asthma and skin conditions. And poor communication and care. This needs resolving.

FacebookHave complained about house next door several times, which is Let by them, overflow constantly going, very noisy as hitting pile of plastic rubbish bags , waste of water and who knows what it’s doing to the foundations. Broken bedroom window with black plastic bin bag flapping around out of it. Both these things have been going on for over a year, they just aren’t interested, just as long as they get the rent!

Very polite and helpful every time we contacted them.
