GoogleRecently rented a property through reeds rains Hyde. They were extremely professional and made the whole exchange easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them. Jill, our letting agent, was extremely helpful and guided myself and my partner flawlessly through the whole process. We are very grateful for all her help.

Facebookwe have had a broken boiler for 3 mths and have had no hot water in this time , promise after promise and we are still being let down daily! Absolutely appalling customer service just being passed around from person to person.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional agents left the property knowing we were running 10 minutes late- lying about the actual time of leaving as it was apparently 7 minutes after our arriving. The agent didn't even try to contact us, made us driving all the way from Marple in rush hours for nothing, assuming that we have nothing better to do and will come back other day. If this is how customers are treated at a viewing, we are glad that we are not becoming a tenant with this agency. DON'T RECOMMEND.

From the initial calling into branch, having Myles come out & meet us at our property to run through everything then followed up by the team in the office Wendy & Gaynor. Even when our initial buyer pulled out 10days before they had a backup list of potential people who would want the property. Within 2 days we had a new offer & the legal process started again... On our behalf the team chased up solicitor & dealt with out solicitor in a very timely manor. I couldn’t possibly rate them any higher! 5*, A+, etc 😁 Will definitely use them again & recommend to family & friends!

GoogleI consider the staff at Reeds Rains Hyde Branch as my business partners in my recently established property renovation business. They have been there supporting me through my three house sales and purchases. I always use them to sell my properties because the houses hardly hit the internet before they are sold which saves on mortgage and other payments. The staff have helped me each and every time I have needed them regardless of them benefiting from the work they have put in on my behalf. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend anyone using the sales or lettings departments.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have used Reeds Rains, Hyde to market my property for several years and can only speak highly of them. I use the full management service and Reeds Rains deal with the full rental process from start to finish from finding tenants to collecting the rental income and preparing all necessary paperwork. All of the staff are highly approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
