GoogleI wish I could find a single positive word to say about them. Their way of speaking to customers is unbelievably disrespectful and arrogant, that’s even before touching their lack of letting skills.

GoogleWe have been so well looked after by all the team at LYNKS. This is our first house together as we both previously lived at home and the staff at LYNKS were very helpful and quick to reply to any correspondence. It made the paperwork side of the process very easy and we were given plenty of information to help us along. All the paperwork was given to us that was required, too. Overall, we couldnt be happier with LYNKS

GoogleVery professional service provided by Lynks, I live 325 miles from my rental property and I was kept fully informed of viewings and feedback from them. Whilst the property was being marketed some changes to the decor were carried out and I requested new photos to be taken, this was done promptly, nothing was ever too much trouble. The paperwork was fully explained and the whole process was expertly carried out, this made my life easier living so far away. They found me a great tenant and secured a substantial increase in rent. I would recommend Lynks to anyone selling or letting a property as they are a very good company.PositiveProfessionalism

Good Morning. We are very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with one of our company vehicles. I would like to confirm that is was not a member of staff driving the Land Rover (as it was on the way to the garage for servicing by the mechanic). We have addressed this to the Garage and have asked that any operatives are to use the indicators and be more courteous in future. In this regard I think your One Star review is quite harsh and in no way reflects the service our company provides. Thanks Phill Manager

GoogleLynks offer an excellent price for a great service. We found using them to sell our house easy and straightforward. They were always available to answer any questions and Phil and Jane have years of experience and are always happy to help. The house sold within 6 weeks and the process afterwards was stress free, Jane even chased our solicitors and the buyers solicitors for us even though we had already paid our upfront free.PositiveProfessionalism

Googleunacceptable situation! I do not recommend selling and buying through this agency on 01/06 I made an appointment to look at the house at Sandy Heaven Close, in Hyde - I agreed to the price, we started negotiated the price - I agreed three times for a higher price - after which the agent stopped contacting me, did not answer the phone, did not answer the email. After 5 days I received a text message that the house was sold ! - I was thrown out of negotiation, for no reason. Though I wanted to offer an even higher price - so far I did not get an answer about it, just a short message "sorry house sold"

FacebookUnprofessional behavior from the employees. They had us waiting 4 days before accepting our offer. Once they accepted it, they got their own colleague to put their deposit down for the place within 10 minutes. Not even giving us a chance to put the deposit down. Is was unbelievably disrespectful
