This was the first purchase I bought by myself and I am so grateful the house I bought was up for sale with Lynks estate agents. Naturally, I was nervous about purchasing a property by myself but Lynks made me feel completely at ease. From first getting in contact with Lynks to arrange a viewing they were extremely helpful, they listened to when I was available to view the property and made arrangements as soon as possible. On viewing the property the gentleman that showed me around was great, he walked me around the property, he knew the answers to all the questions I asked and then he allowed me to walk around on my own and take everything in. I made an offer within 10 minutes of leaving the property and even though this took a little while to be accepted due to the vendor making a decision, Lynks kept me updated frequently as they knew how much I loved the property. From my offer being accepted, they had documents sent over to me in a very timely manner. They kept me up to date on where everything was up to throughout the process, and they liaised between myself, the vendor, and our solicitors where necessary. I completed within 8 weeks of making an offer and I could not recommend Lynks enough. If I or anyone else I know wished to sell their property I would definitely recommend using Lynks.

Because I have contacted you about a property that it has shown available to rent, someone from Lynks has tell us that is still available in message, and when I call to know more about the property, and to know about the process to view it, someone from Brentwood has told us that is not available. Lynks it has already been let agree. I saw it first the property , I have probably 90% given a message first to know more , and to view it, and received message from Lynks that is available. Ok, I have called, and Lynks lettings has told me that the property it has been let agree weeks ago...but your post was at that time , hours ago...so ....inaccurate informations on the website open rent. Again 1 🌟. Have a good day!

disappointed in these estate agents. Their services are not worth your money or your time: they are slow to answer and get a hold of, and they put time restrictions on replies and emails, even though they were slow to reply to them. They were unhelpful and tried to force my hand on multiple occasions, the staff was unpleasant and careless, and their emails were lacking grammar and had several spelling mistakes which led to confusion on our part, since we didn't understand what they meant in the emails and had to clarify again, wasting more of our time and leading to sluggish progress towards our purchase. overall the experience was stressful, and they made it worse as we were already at a tight deadline for the purchase in the first place. I do not recommend these estate agents and suggest you invest your money someplace else if you want to have a stress-free experience.

100% Recommended Lynks are not like any estate agent we've sold or bought with. It's quite clear they care about clients on both sides of the purchase and take a genuine pride in what they do. We sold our home via lynks this week and it was as if they were by our side for the whole process, even when our plans went awry they helped us. They clearly cared about our buyer too which was great to see. Cannot give enough praise to these guys, genuinely great service and seriously professional and lovely people.

Lynks have been absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend them due to their exceptional service, personable approach and overall just really lovely people too! As a first time buyer I was rather nervous and unaware of the steps of buying a house. I had previously looked to buy a house and had a bad experience with another estate agents and if i'm honest I had a very bad view of estate agents in general before I came across Lynks. The experience from even the very start was first class, they arranged a viewing right away when I rang and when talking to the team they were extremely helpful. Then when my offer got excepted they were brilliant at simply explaining to me the next steps, they made sure they gave me the time of day to feel reassured. We came to some issues with the sale of the house due to the leasehold on the property, Samantha was absolutely brilliant, she kept me informed the whole way through, discussed different resolution options and kept a consistent calm approach throughout even when times got stressful. I actually have no doubt the sale would not of gone through if it wasn't for Samantha and her amazing communication skills, between, me, the vendor and the two solicitors. I couldn't thank the team at Lynks enough and they've certainly restored my view of estate agents. Phil went above and beyond writing a comparison letter proving lynks knew the market and that I would achieve more then stated. This helped me secure the mortgage and over turned the valuator. After this I respected phil and knew he was professional and looks after the customer he didnt even charge me for the letter just did it to help me out. For me returning the favour was, I asked them to source me a tenant for this house and they did just that. No stress no worries . Kept in contact all way through even out of hours and weekends I contacted phil and he was there giving me updates. I will trust and get advice from lynksPositiveProfessionalism

I was very interested in the property and when it became unavailable due to an offer, I expressed my interest over an email and a phone call, in case the deal with other buyers falls through. It actually did, but no one bothered to invite me to a viewing, because Donna Hannay from Lynks apparently simply disregarded my expression of interest. It'd have missed out on the house if my wife haven't found by accident that it returned to the market. When my offer was accepted, Lynks required us to meet at their office for ID checks and signing a few papers, even though we lived over 100 miles away at the time. This shows how far behind the age this firm stands; all of these procedures, including signatures and ID verification, are commonly performed digitally now. During the course of the purchase, Lynks have only been responding when they 'felt like it' or needed something from us. Ignored a number of emails completely (not even a "we'll get back to you" reply), and the replies I did receive were clearly written hastily.

This estate agency provided a very poor service. The agent I worked with was disorganized and unprofessional, and did not seem to understand my requirements. They showed me properties that were not appropriate and wasted my time. The communication was also poor, and I often had to chase them for updates. I would not recommend this agency to anyone!!!!!!!

Useless and clueless from start to finish. Calls not made or returned. Never ask for feedback after viewings. I offered over asking price for a property and three weeks later they still haven’t even bothered to ring me back, assume it’s been rejected for a better offer but they haven’t had the courtesy to tell me that!
