I was regularly informed of developments and kept up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend lynx to anyone needing an estate agent.

GoogleHave ignored my emails for 7 days and have not stuck to our agreement. Would not trust this company at all and goes to show they do not care once they have a customer onboard. Passed to my solicitor to deal with.
Samuel, thank you for review, However, I am the process of investigating how to remove you form being a Guarantor. Its is not as simple as just taking you off. When becoming a guarantor for someone it is not just for the first term it is for the length of the occupancy not tenancy agreement. You would have know this when you signed up to be so. GoogleI have dealt with a few different estate agents and the Lynks Estate agents were definitely the easiest. The process for renting a property was quick and smooth which was great as we were desperate for a property and were looking at a time where rented properties were flying off the market!

GoogleUpon reflectio,I have some serious concerns about the service provider by this estate agency. The agent I worked with did not seem too have good understanding of the properties they where showing me and did not communicate effectively.I would caution others before using this agency.

GoogleHad a viewing at 12, had a phone call 20 minutes before going to the viewing to be told that it was cancelled! But received a text an hour before the viewing to wish us luck. So not happy about the customer services provided! Needs working on as a company and need to let others know a days invance. Instead of 20 minutes before a viewing! Isn't good enough!!
Hi Lauren, Yes we did cancel the appointment 20 minutes before, this is due to the landlord accepting an applicant for the property, we cancelled the appointment to save yourselves form wasting time viewing then telling you that the property has already been taken. We feel your rating is a little unfair as you were notified before the appointment as soon as we had confirmation that the property had been taken. We always aim to advise our customers at the earliest convenience to any changes in appointments. We would appreciate if you could remove your comment as we feel it is malicious. GoogleLynks are by far the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Every single member of staff is lovely, responsive and efficient. They made the process of renting a property from them incredibly easy. It also has to be said that the property I am renting is beautiful and of great value. A fantastic landlord and managing estate agents is incredibly hard to come by, but Lynks really are top quality.

Enquired about a property few days ago about a viewing a property and took my details and said get back to me , few days went on and heard nothing, rang back and they havent even put my details in data base and the property had been fully booked for viewings and told us just to turn up Not professional at all
Hi Daryl, Sorry you feel this way, we had a lot of interest in this property and accommodated you in the block viewings. Apologies for the late response. We had several applications for this property and the landlord had the choice to accept an application. Unfortunately this was not your application and there are others left disappointed but we find the fairest policy is to discuss all options with our client and let them decide. GoogleA very good Letting / Estate Agent. Rent prices have increased in the last couple of years but have not been unreasonable which is great considering the state of the rental market. If we need anything fixing it is sorted out quickly. If we ever do get to buy somewhere it will be through Lynks.
