Ineffective property mangement. Spent 18 of 19 months at the property with no lino on the floor. Damp and rot throughout the place. They did next to nothing about it and wouldn't force the landlady to do anything. Then had the nerve to charge us some of the deposit because there was mould on the walls and the cooker was a bit dirty. I won't go near them again.

Paid upfront in January 2013, never heard a thing, no feedback, update, nothing! I've had to chase to find out what's going on every month! First viewer sent end of October 2013. No feedback, again had to chase them. Seriously, avoid them and save your money! I personally will never use them again, nor would I recommend them in any shape or form. Complete waste of time!
