GoogleI just moved into a flat and the owner decided to get a property manager. At first I was expecting them to be quite slow and unresponsive but the reality has been the complete opposite. They were very reactive with the small changes needed at the begining of the tenancy and always on top of things. As a tenant I would recomend the service.

We had videos of a property and an offer accepted, put down the holding deposit as per requirements. Only to be told, the price had changed (by around 200pcm) and we didn’t have the flat.Incredibly poor service, should not have taken a deposit if this was the case. Then it took them over a week to return the greater than £400 deposit. Cowboy-esc structure to the company in this regard. Would avoid if you can.
