TrustpilotGood estate agents
Easy to work with, someone is always available at the end of the phone. They did lots of chasing for me regarding speeding up the seller. A lovely welcome pack was provided when I completed, which was a nice touch.

TrustpilotFirst class, hard working estate agents.
The best estate agency I have ever encountered, I could not fault them. I had used another local estate agent to try and sell my house, and had been very disappointed with the lack of effort and knowledge. I changed to Mishon Mackay, what a revelation. They worked so hard, spoke to me every week, made me feel better when things were not going well, and I had complete confidence in them. I really cannot recommend them enough. If your estate agent isn't ringing you, checking every thing is ok, chasing prospective buyers on your behalf every week - change to Mishon, you won't regret it. I'm now trying to buy a house in another part of the country, and coming into contact with estate agents every day, and none of them can hold a candle to Mishon either!

TrustpilotGreat, professional service
As a first-time buyer, the process of buying was pretty confusing and nerve-wracking. Amy and Sue both helped to find the place I'm moving to, and were super professional and helpful the whole way through the process. Thank you!

We have used Mishon Mackay as our lettings and management agent for 3 years now and are very happy with the service they provide. TrustpilotSale of flat
Mishon Mackay delivered exactly as promised when we switched to them, and sold our flat when we had struggled previously to find a buyer.Communication and feedback were excellent throughout and they were very supportive in getting the seller's solicitor to get on with the exchange when it was dragging on.We didn't always see eye to eye on pricing but they followed our instructions nonetheless.Always accessible, the whole team was very friendly and made sure the pressure was kept up to find a buyer and to progress the conveyancing process.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office
I recently sold a property through Mission Mackay's 7 Dials office and have been thoroughly impressed by their all round professionalism. From first meeting through to marketing and then securing a speedy sale at the full asking price I felt that my business was really important to them and that this was a company who took pride in offering a great service. The sale all went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mission Mackay and I will certainly use them again in the future.

TrustpilotSuper professional and personable
In the sale of our property we were assisted by Thomas Gannaway who did everything he could to find a buyer and get us to exchange as smoothly as possible. He called back when needed and provided unprompted updates to reassure us things were progressing or to let us know what the hold up was.Despite having numerous difficulties he worked through them all and did a lot of chasing to ensure matters progressed in a timely fashion.Super professional and personable he’s a real credit to the agency.

TrustpilotAn all round excellent service
We have been very pleased with the excellent service provided by the team at the Seven Dials branch. At all stages of what can be a stressful process, we have benefited from dealing with friendly, patient, courteous and professional staff. Testament to our satisfaction is that we recommended Mishon Mackay to our neighbours who also put their house on the market. We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

A Swift-Action team is a pleasure to work with, taking a stress out of property letting business. Even now, I am comfortable heading heading on my annual leave, despite my flat being in-between tenancies and undergoing some renovations. I know It is in safe hands, and details will be organised and followed through, without me needing to be glued to the phone. This is what good property management is all about. Thanks to all the team, and Specifically Amie, Maria and Jay!

TrustpilotThe team at Mishon Mackay in the Preston Park office
The team at Mishon Mackay in the Lettings department have been absolutely brilliant. We have four properties within Kemptown which are fully managed through the Preston Park office. Any issues which I have had have been dealt with immediately and professionally. The response to any problem is always prompt and they have a great team to call on for any maintenance issues. I’m thoroughly impressed by the service I have received over the last 3 years and I can highly recommend this company to anyone.
