I have just completed on my first house purchase and while there weren't any major issues, Mishon Mackay (Kemptown) have been helpful throughout. Josh showed me round on the initial viewing and has assisted me with the purchase since, always being easy to contact via both phone and email. He has also gone the extra mile to check things out at the property while I have been unable to travel during the coronavirus lockdown.

Very good letting agent to deal with. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only flow in my experience is I had to wait 13 days before I could start the tenancy agreement which cost me money by staying longer in a hotel when I first came.

Bought and sold through their Kemp Town branch. Michael, Timothy, Felix and the whole team were outstanding throughout, amidst challenging circumstances during the pandemic. Helpful, friendly, communicative and endlessly patient with all our requests and enquiries. 100% recommend. The photos they take of properties are also head and shoulders above those taken by pretty much all other estate agents we came across, which is a big difference for a seller.
