GoogleEnd user improvement suggestions: I see that in Switzerland, ever more real estate agents use Giraffe as the virtual visiting software. But I as an end user really hate it in comparison with e.g. Matterport. Improvement ideas: - Arrow keys up and down should move the user to the next/previous spot instead of tilting. The spot closest to the center of the view should be picked. - Zooming with CTRL pressed and scroll wheel doesn't work (tried with incognito window without addons in latest Chromium) - The current sequential display of next spots is unnerving. There should not only be the next spot displayed, but at least the next 2 spots.
Thanks for the feedback, Karl. The zoom issue sounds like a bug, our tech team is on it. We’re also refining hotspot logic to make navigation more natural.

GoogleAn exceptional Estate Agent who offers a genuine and very unique experience, intertwined with utter professionalism and tenacity. He works tirelessly in the background so that everything somehow falls into place just when you were expecting the worst. My own successful sale was solely down to Adam who intervened when other buyers in my chain started to play games with the conveyancing process which jeopardised the exchange and completion dates which I had been asked to work to. Customer service doesn't come better!.... One last thing..... He's a really nice guy, you cannot help but like him!

Nothing was too much of an ask and he dealt with every matter in a very quick manner. She has gone above and beyond to support me and address issues with the property effectively. Donna is a lovely woman and very passionate about her company and her clients (both landlords and tennants). She is very knowledgeable about property law and ensures it is adhered to. GoogleI wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they send out false allegations for things you haven't done I would avoid. Yes indeed I was a previous tenant and the false allegations and making things up that you haven't done to them so they take and keep all your depoist money back .
I think you may have the wrong company and find that your review is false.
