She provided valuable information about each area, including EPC ratings and other key details. For every property, we received a printed summary with all the essential information, which was very convenient. Patricia also went out of her way to accommodate a last-minute viewing for us. Highly recommended!

Thomas Morris did not disappoint and we sold the house over the asking price in less than a week! Not to mention we got so many viewings booked even before the house went on the market. Fran is now helping us find our forever home. Could not recommend better agent! 5 stars

From the outset their reasoned advice about the timing of when to put the house on the market was spot on. Communications have been regular and we have been updated at every stage.
