GoogleI have dealt with Magnus James a couple of times throughout my career when I was looking for a change. I hadn’t been matched with a suitable employer until a couple of months ago and I couldn’t have got a more perfect fit. It’s like they took my perfect role and position and handed it to me. It’s been so comfortable and already feels like I’ve been here far longer than I have and it’s all down to Lisa Cortez who deserves a huge shoutout!

GoogleMike was absolutely amazing; I have used recruitment agencies in the past who never contact you once you send your CV over. Mike called me via video call so we could have an informal chat, talk about the role I was looking for, my career prospects, and plans for my future career goals. GoogleAMAZING! Our mortgage advisor was James Hindley. So we are were first time buyers and we pretty much had no idea what we needed to do or when/ where to start. One of my close friends had used Embrace Financial Services to help with going through with their mortgage. They were given a colleague called James Hindley. My friend raved about how amazing, supportive and attentive he was with helping her and her partner complete their first mortgage, and owning their own property. Me and my partner had to get the person they had help and guidance from. This was James Hindley. On first arrival we were very concerned, unprepared and clueless as to what we needed to do and how we go about the processes and terminology. James immediately put our worries to rest. He was great with answering all of our questions no matter how silly we thought them to be. He was polite, attentive and a very calming presence to work with. Always keeping us informed through both emails and calls and ensuring we were comfortable and never felt like we were missing anything. He was extremely flexible with our busy work schedules and seemed to go above and beyond to make us both included. Especially when me and my partner's work schedules didn't always match up We highly recommend any first time or even previous buyers to work with James Hindley. He is an incredible, hard working and very organised and professional mortgage advisor. We are so happy with now finally having our first home and we will be in James' debt for all that he has done for us. We hope to work with him again in future. With any new properties we like or even remortgage our current dream come true house.

GoogleCharlie was brilliant, 5 stars, but unfortunately handover to back office wasn’t to the same standard. Communication in final throes of sale wasn’t quite so good, as contacting the office and speaking to somebody, rather than emails, was often difficult.

No faults. Always responsive. A huge shout out to both Anna Death & Robert Arnold for their help on the sale. If you are looking to sell or buy in the area, I’d highly recommend them.
