We really felt that they pulled out all the stops to help us get sorted - from requesting a viewing to moving in only took 11 days which was ideal for our family. I have just completed on selling a property through William H Brown, Holderness road branch. From the valuation to completion I have had nothing but fantastic service from every member of staff. I was kept in the loop throughout and even during the quieter moments of selling a property they were always happy to speak to me and let me know where things were at. I felt nothing was to much trouble for them and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling a property. I am confident that if ever needed I would use them again in the future. While all the staff are wonderful I would like to make a special point of mentioning Paris, she is a wonderful and productive worker who always made me feel comfortable when I had a query and was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Her customer service is simply outstanding. Thank you so much to all the team for your help.

Subsequently changed from selling to a let at short notice, and this was taken on very effectively by Claire at Holderness Road, who kept me informed of progress, always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and guided me through the procedure and paperwork with expert knowledge. Due to personal circumstances I have had to sell my property. I did the usual thing and got several Estate Agents round to view and for valuations. Julie came to see the house and instantly was warm, friendly and understanding regarding the situation. She gave fantastic advice and was the only agent that I saw that genuinely wanted my property on their books and was confident in getting a sale. I listened to her advice and decided to take the premium package to get professional photos done. Everything was arranged quickly and professionally. Photos were done in a timely fashion and looked amazing. After my property was on the market for only 24 hours I had my first viewing and the buyer placed an offer the next day. The buyer was already looking through William H Brown so it is obvious that the agent is very pro active in marketing. My house was sold STC within 3 days of going on sale. This is due to the professionalism and advice from the branch. Rachel has been first class in keeping me informed and up to date with everything and I am now looking forward to a smooth transition. Just need to find myself something now.

Rented through them and our agent Holly was absolutely fantastic. She helped us every step of the way liaising with the landlady who lives abroad. A few hiccups with referencing later we got moved in quickly and easily, the only downside was the management company automatically moved the energy and gas provider to a company called Spark, so we've got to wait for them to take over until we can change, but that's not a deal breaker. Lovely house, nice area, and fantastic support, even after they've sealed the deal
