Demi from William H Brown has been a brilliant, attentive mortgage advisor who reassured us and supported us from the very start of our journey buying our 1st ever home - happy to answer all the questions we had, took us through all the options, easy to contact and replied quickly, whenever a problem occurred in the process Demi was on it straight away and chased solicitors or other necessary people to solve it as soon as possible to ensure things continued as soon as possible in our best interest. Her support has been with us since day 1 and still continues to be until the end of the process. A brilliant advisor! Would recommend!!

I can’t recommend Steph at William H Brown highly enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and more than proactive throughout the entire process. Selling a home can feel daunting and overwhelming, but Steph made me feel completely at ease. She kept me up to date and informed every step of the way, always making sure I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. The whole teams dedication really stood out, they had three viewings booked in before we’d even had photos taken or the property had gone live, and my home was sold within just six days! What also meant a lot was that they kept in touch afterwards too, it never felt like just a tick-box exercise. Demi, Pat and Steph are amazing - would use them over and and over again!

Demi chadburn was amazing, daughter was looking to buy her first property & Demi helped her with how much she could borrow how to go about the process, even after her first find fell through Demi went above and beyond to help her find another property, to which she fell in love with a beautiful house, Demi has been at the end of the phone for any issues and has ironed these out straight away for her, I would definitely recommend Demi can’t thank her enough for her help & support

I wanted to share my opinion about this agency. I submitted an offer to purchase a property, but it could not even be considered because the agency had already bought the property from the owner in order to resell it privately to someone they knew. They did this without taking into account a higher offer or following the proper procedures that should apply to property transactions. I understand that this kind of practice happens regularly after many phone calls, no one seemed surprised by the situation. I hope that one day you will be treated the same way you treat other people. Despite viewing the property immediately and submitting an offer, you act however you like, without following any rules. What exactly would contacting you change? Will you reverse the sale? Will you return the property? The fact is, I viewed the house twice within two days, submitted a higher offer, and both I and my broker called you daily. Despite this, we were repeatedly brushed off. Your employee was unable to explain why my offer was not even considered. Actions have consequences. For future buyers please be careful. If you find a good property at a good price, you may end up in a situation where it is suddenly passed on to someone else without explanation. Thank you for your “cooperation”, the lack of phone contact, and the lack of responses to emails, both mine and my broker’s. For you, this may be just another transaction. For others, it is a life decision or a missed opportunity.

I put my home of 24 years on the market through William H Brown Holderness Road. All the staff in the branch are very helpful and polite and are on hand to answer any questions or queries. I didn’t hold much hope of my home selling quickly but how wrong I was and 2 weeks into my home being up for sale William H Brown have done it 🤞 and have sold my home subject to contract. We are nearing the completion of our first property purchase with Demi Chadburn as our mortgage advisor. Buying our first home was very scary for us as we didnt really know what we were doing, but we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. Demi knew all the answers to our questions and if she didn't know, she would make sure she found out for us and let us know straight away.
