GoogleIncredibly rude and unbelievably unprofessional - two of the girls have laughed at me down the phone - not sure if it's some power play but it wasn't pleasant to say the least. Get spoken to like a piece of sh*t too if you call them out on contradictions. There's an air of arrogance from the young high unprofessional girls there. VERY judgmental company - stay away!!!

GoogleLime Properties seem to be trying to price local people out of the market. I wasn't accepted, as my homeowner guarantor was not earning 30 x the rent. It is difficult even to find a homeowner guarantor in Hull, to then put such excessive demands on top of that is ridiculous. Companies like this are adding to the problem of homelessness.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleBeen in a lovely property over a year now let with Lime property. From day one I have had nothing but excellent professional friendly service. My emails are answered promptly by a lovely approachable lady called Julie Rosebrook, who is a credit to the company. Each issue has been dealt with efficiently by lovely lads from Flex maintenance which makes all the difference. Keep up the good work 🌟

GoogleHad my house valued last week by 4 agents. Lime's valuer was the only one who had researched the house and the area properly. He seemed interested in my circumstances and his valuation was honest and fair. Out of the 4 estate agents their package was the most flexible and the best value. I'm selling in August and will be using Lime.

Maggi and the other staff at Lime Properties have been amazing and explained the whole process and kept me up to date with the process of my application and got me a fast move in date. GoogleCouldn't have asked for a more professional and relatable letting agency. I have been involved with 4 different letting agents in the past 4 years, and have never experienced a service like this. From the very beginning the whole team went above and beyond to help us get into the house and even dealt with issues post moving in very efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleThey don't do house viewings after 5pm on a week day and 12pm on a weekend? I've attempted to use the company a number of times, the underlying problem of their customer service skills are poor. One other point to note - their website is to cluttered, and I recommend they allow you to sort nightly, weekly and monthly. This would increase the users experience.

GoogleA very big disappointment! After being a good tenant, rent has always been paid on time, kept the property in a good standard I have a problem to get the deposit back(£795). They are trying to make money for unnecessary cleaning!Poor service, lack of communication, refused repairs at the property. Currently I've raised the dispute with deposit protection scheme! Highly do not recommend!!!
