GoogleBeing neighbours of lime tenants,who live in a semi detached house but actually thinks detached because of the noise they make.when I complained to lime they said no other neighbours have complained(well they wouldn't would they when were the only ones attached to them),they said ring environmental health well Julie Rosebrook you have no care and you have shabby customer service,fly by nights.

GoogleWhat kind of letting agency is threatening and accusatory towards any customer? I am 8 months pregnant and faced this today after leaving my flat. I went to pick up outstanding mail and was met with the inventory officer JULIE ROSEBROOK who made me feel like a school child. Anyone considering letting with LIME PROPERTY do not bother.

GoogleI am absolutely disgusted by some of the things these people made me go through as a student moving away from home for the first time. They caused me so much stress that I developed severe health problems. Just stay away from them - they may appear nice at first but will ruin you life slowly but surely.

GoogleOverall I am pleased with the service I receive from Lime. Things do go wrong but the team are always very quick to investigate and correct matters. More importantly they have always managed to have a new tenant found quickly when exiting ones give notice and they know the market in terms of what rents to charge.

GoogleHighly unprofessional, the worst letting agency i've ever had to deal with. Ignorant, in the case of emergency had to deal directly with the landlord to get things sorted out. Making stuff up to rob you of your deposit. Avoid at all costs for lettings.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleStill uses old system for allocation of properties. They may not be able to ask who is going to pay the rent, but only need your post code and when you are able to view the property to decide if they think you are a suitable tenant.

GoogleAwful company - staff are rude and totally unprofessional. Serious issues with rising damp which they failed to acknowledge, let alone address.No heat or hot water for nearly two weeks and no response to the complaints raised after leaving the property. Am very happy to no longer have to deal with them
