GoogleAlthough I have not yet found a property to rent, I would like to congratulate Lime Property staff for their kindness, professionalism and non-judgmental attitude to myself so far. I really hope I end up in one of their properties. Other agents in this area should learn from Lime Property.

GooglePoorly run letting company. Lack professionalism in all areas and only motivation is their percentage of rent. Late payment of rent has to be chased by the vendor rather than the 'property manager company' you pay. Property inspections must have been done with their eyes closed.

GoogleVery bad estate agents. So rude on the phone and the attitude on some of the agents is discusting how they speak to you! Happy to take your money of you and not give it back until you keep emailing and ringing. Never renting of lime property again.

Robin, We don't make nuisance calls, did you answer it or speak to someone in the office? We take all reviews seriously and would have preferred an email or call to sort your issue with what appears to be a misunderstanding rather than use google for a negative review as this platform is not really meant for that? If we have your number it will be for a very legitimate reason and your data and personal details will always be used in a constructive manner.
