GoogleWe sold our home through William H Brown and after shopping around, we left that they believed in the value of our house and subsequently marketed it brilliantly. The photographs they took looked incredible - really miles better than their competitors - which really showcased our space to it’s full potential. We were lucky to have lots of interest which was managed brilliantly by Carol - although our sale took a long while (covid-19) to go through, we were constantly updated and felt confident. I really believe you get what you pay for with agents, and I would recommend William H Brown to anyone selling in the Holme Valley.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleOur experience (especially with Maria and Carole) was excellent. Although our chain was short it was quite stressful at times and Maria shielded us from some of the ups and downs. I would say we have spoken on the phone at the very least twice a week this year and have always been supported and provided with good and well-informed advice. I would not hesitate in using WHB again - although I am not planning to move in a hurry! Many thanks to all of the team.

GoogleWe've Found Carol Short delightful to work with throughout the process. in the complex set of situations arising from selling and buying you probably have at least 4 main interactions: with your estate agent for sale, with your conveyors for sale, with the estate agent for the purchase and with your conveyor for purchase. for us William H. Brown are the estate agent for purchase and they and Carol in particular have been by far and away the most useful and easy to interact with.

GoogleChose this Agency as they claimed it was part of their service to provide a weekly check on the property. The property was empty and we live over 80 miles away. When questioned about the number of checks they had made was told they did not make checks!!! The sale was allowed to drag on over six months and updates were provided only when I asked for these.
