I’ve recently completed my first house purchase with WH Brown, Carol has been managing this purchase for me and has been truly amazing. I’ve used the solicitors and surveyors that they suggest who have been quick at completing their tasks. Having no experience, Carol has been available and prompt at getting back to me with information and advice, she’s kept me updated with the process and has made a very stressful process seem so simple. I didn’t have much communication with my solicitor but carol was available to support me non the less! I have recently downsized to another house and the conveyancing process was hell, to say the least, over 6 months. Carol was a superstar - particularly in the last 2 months, going over and above as an EA and getting down into the chain (of 7 people) to try and get answers and facilitate the appalling communication, mainly with solicitors. She also helped at times with my emotional sanity !! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend W H Brown (who were also the EA when I purchased the property 8 years ago and equally good). From the first Valuation, Maria was professional but friendly and stood out amongst the competition. We had to take our house off the market last October due to the Economic Climate but after returning in February, Carol succeeded in securing us several viewings which quickly resulted in us receiving an offer. The next few months were quite stressful with various stumbling blocks but Carol kept us informed at all times, chasing the rest of the chain, liaising with solicitor's and truly going above and beyond to enable us to reach completion. I have to say I wish they were selling my house because I would know they would be honest and transparent from the beginning. I am selling my house and now understand how important it is to have an estate agents that cares and understands you.
