I think this sums it up; Hi Carol - it was fabulous to wake up this morning, reach for my phone, and get the great news that whilst we were sleeping we completed! What a change from the stress of the last few weeks! It would be remiss to not end this with a final email to you…our rock throughout. Carol, you shared our frustration at the start when there were no viewings, you phoned regularly with the “no update” update! And then, throughout our move overseas you’ve been the only reliable person! Very poor service. We initially were swooned by what I can only describe as a very good sales pitch. As soon as they had our business the service changed drastically. The estate agents is clearly run by targets. We had a few viewings that were clearly not going to be interested in buying the property. The staff who arrange viewings are very pushy and really don't have your interests at heart. I had read that the service was shoddy prior to the really good sales pitch and I do think I should have listened more to the reviews. I put a complaint in with their head office which was also not listened too and the response was shoddy. I would avoid at all costs. We have now finished with our move and the company who part exchanged with us has brought 2 other estate agents in. The service was so much better from the other agents. Avoid at all costs.
