GoogleVery impressed with their mortgage adviser Andrew, especially his knowledge and support during our house purchase this year through another agent. He went to great lengths to resolve difficulties with our lender and checked in regularly whilst we waited (and waited) for exchange, to see if all was ok from the mortgage perspective. Highly recommend his services.

GoogleSimon at WH Brown helped us buy our first house. She was absolutely brilliant, we had a few issues with the solicitors which she was so so helpful with getting those sorted. She was dedicated to keeping the whole process moving and worked tirelessly to help us. I can't speak highly enough of her attitude and care. If you come to selling or buying definitely go with these guys.

GoogleMaria did a great job of selling our property and managing the sales process despite a pretty complex chain! She was always happy to answer any questions I had and it often felt like she was the only person pushing the chain forwards at times. I would definitely use her again.

GoogleThis is the third time we've used William H Brown to buy/sell. We initially invited 2 other estate agents for this latest sale. The man from William H Brown was head and shoulders above the other 2 who came to see us. Why did we even bother asking 2 others? We completed our sale and everything has been swift, friendly, efficient and personable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAndrew Lander and Carol Short in particular are an absolute joy to deal with and make buying and selling a property as pain free as it can be with their vast knowledge and down to earth attitude which can often be missing from estate agents. The only sad thing is that we won’t see them as much now we are nearing our move in date!
