GoogleBeing new to the area and not knowing William H Brown Carol has set the highest standard for estate agents in West Yorkshire! A huge thank you to her for all the help she gave us to buy a property in Meltham and for the help with progressing the sale further down the chain. Truly above and beyond! As buyers we were getting little info off our solicitor so turned to William H Brown, Maria in particular, to help us along what had become a pretty rocky road to exchange. The help and assistance provided to us was simply second to none. A real mine of information and the willingness to assist in every step of the way really stood out. It turned into a huge long chain situation and has ended up taking a long, long time with lots of stress all around (to say the least!). I really don't think we would have got there without Maria's help and guidance. She has been absolutely brilliant in 'project managing' the whole process and has gone way over, above and beyond the scope of her role to make sure everything went through. GoogleDespite a fairly long chain, Maria negotiated her way through the various sales and purchases, helping to liaise with all parties concerned to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Estate Agents often get a bad name for doing nothing and taking a cut of the profits, but I'm out case we felt that she was very proactive in achieving our move.

Carol kept me informed throughout and chased up the solicitors on a regular basis. I don’t think she could have done anymore to keep the chain alive.
