I had a good experience selling my flat with Robert Luff. The team were really helpful and realistic in their approach to advising me on market pricing and timing. They listened to my preferences regarding listing material. They got the property onto the market swiftly, and they were proactive throughout the sale, helping to keep communication open with the buyer. Charlie in particular also helped to problem solve issues that came up during the process- helping to source firms for fire risk assessments etc. I felt that the team definitely earned their fees, they kept up the momentum, and got the sale through smoothly and swiftly.

absolutely shocking agents. tried to view a property and was told I would get a call back twice from the agents dealing. didn't happen! chased twice and told agents out of office or busy. then get told all appointments booked. still no call back. unprofessional cowboys stay away from them and use a more reputable company based on their real reputation rather than superficial gracious comments. shocking service
