Ocean contacted us to discuss our remortgage and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! As this was the first time we had remortgaged we had little knowledge but Ocean were always available on the phone or by email to answer any questions, no matter how small. Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home.Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.
