Chelsea Lee at the Preston Park office…

Chelsea Lee at the Preston Park office was fantastic!Me and my partner have just bought our first property, this was a momentous and often stressful time for us, however the dedication of Chelsea to go above and beyond to put our minds at ease and made us hang in there! Whenever we had a query, Chelsea would often be able to return to us that same day with the clarification we needed. We really appreciate how hard she worked to maintain that our sale was completed within the limit of our mortgage offer, this was particularly difficult due to unforeseen set backs up the chain. We can't thank her enough for playing a pivotal role in us now owning our dream flat!

Really stress-free sale - very professional, always kept us informed and were instantly there when an issue did come up. They organised professional cleaners after our move and then inspected the property afterwards as we had left 4 days earlier.Good marketing - on all the portals - and always accompanied prospects, then gave feedback.No hesitation in fully recommending them.

First class, hard working estate agents.

The best estate agency I have ever encountered, I could not fault them. I had used another local estate agent to try and sell my house, and had been very disappointed with the lack of effort and knowledge. I changed to Mishon Mackay, what a revelation. They worked so hard, spoke to me every week, made me feel better when things were not going well, and I had complete confidence in them. I really cannot recommend them enough. If your estate agent isn't ringing you, checking every thing is ok, chasing prospective buyers on your behalf every week - change to Mishon, you won't regret it. I'm now trying to buy a house in another part of the country, and coming into contact with estate agents every day, and none of them can hold a candle to Mishon either!

Mishon Mackay delivered exactly as promised when we switched to them, and sold our flat when we had struggled previously to find a buyer.Communication and feedback were excellent throughout and they were very supportive in getting the seller's solicitor to get on with the exchange when it was dragging on.We didn't always see eye to eye on pricing but they followed our instructions nonetheless.Always accessible, the whole team was very friendly and made sure the pressure was kept up to find a buyer and to progress the conveyancing process.

The team at Mishon Mackay in the Lettings department have been absolutely brilliant. We have four properties within Kemptown which are fully managed through the Preston Park office. Appalling customer service. Took time off work and left standing outside a property for 15 minutes only to call their office to be told the property had gone - and they had 'tried' to leave me a message. No one tries to leave a message - you either leave it or you don't. Also if you cannot get through to a customer you keep trying not leave them to contact you after you have wasted their time. Would not recommend at all - with service like this letting agents deserve their well earned appalling reputations.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Bought a new build from abroad and firstly they forgot our appointment so I was left with the developer. They then sent a complete junior who could tell me nothing more about the property. They failed to cancel two appointments made with our surveyor for pre-completion snagging which incurred additional costs for us. Otherwise they were dishonest about the real situation regarding the property actually getting finished and the developer's financial issues. Almost two years down the line we are still having a nightmare trying to resolve various damage and snagging with the developer thanks to the lack of information. Not to be recommended.

I have to say that the service I received from them was exceptional, they both helped me navigate the way through a tricky transaction, which was made near impossible by troublesome solicitors.
