TrustpilotSplendid!
Mishon Mackay Lettings have always done an outstanding job for us. We had 2 flats in Hove for a period of 8 years and, as to be expected, encountered several problems along the way. Maria resolved each issue exceptionally. She is professional in every way; in her communication, in her speed of response, and in the effectiveness of her action. Thanks!

TrustpilotHonest, friendly and trusted
We have been with Mishon Mackay for the past two years. We were a house of four young professionals and we began to have problems with one tenant early on. Mishon Mackay were understanding, considerate and patient with problems that we encountered and always offered well informed advice on how best to action such problems. It has been a refreshing experience, I would highly recommend to all that are thinking of going with them.

TrustpilotExcellent service.
Throughout the whole process of our recent house purchase, both Matthew and Sarah from Mishon Mackay's Hove branch were fantastic. Very helpful and professional, they kept us fully informed at every step and helped to facilitate communication between ourselves, the vendors and both sets of solicitors - making sure everyone was kept fully in the loop with updates etc.The result of all of this was an extremely straight-forward and pleasant purchasing experience. Many thanks!

TrustpilotInformative and responsive.
I bought my new house through the team at Portslade. At the viewing, they were informative, professional and personable. When making an offer, I felt they positioned us positively as buyers rather than simply submitting the figure proposed. During the contract negotiations, they have been prompt and transparent as well as understanding of the hurdles posed by Covid-19.I would certainly recommend Mishon Mackay to both buyers and sellers.

TrustpilotWe had a great experience with Dee
We had a great experience with Dee. The purchase was not an easy one and without her understanding and perseverance it wouldn't have happened. I would certainly buy/sell with her again. She is very different from 'traditional' estate agents, a breath of fresh air.thank you!

TrustpilotGreat service!
Amy Newman and Sarah McCarthy at the Hove branch were great. They kept us informed regularly through a very drawn out process which involved long periods of poor and sometimes no contact at all from our solicitors. They kept us sane by being the only people in touch with the whole chain who actually knew what was going on and frequently corrected our useless solicitors. Great service all round, highly recommended!

TrustpilotRenting through Mishon Mackay
Renting through Mishon Mackay is an excellent choice to make. They are professional, efficient and helpful. When, in the run-up to renting our property, we encountered problems that were due to a third party’s negligence, Mishon Mackay responded in a patient and polite way. And especially helpful throughout the entire process was their agent, Mia Brooks, who did her very best to ensure that we happily found our way into our new home.
