Zero response and time wasters.Make sure to follow up on your targets every 10min or you might just lose it for a few £.They won’t say if an offer was raised, very careful!

Good Afternoon,I’m very sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the recent service you received from Mishon Mackay. I understand that you are disappointed you did not secure the property you wanted. Unfortunately we had numerous offers on the property and our landlord did take some time to decide on who they wanted to proceed with. I can assure you, as I pointed out yesterday evening , we do not like having to tell people they have been unsuccessful with their application and if any other properties come to the market matching your requirements we will let you know.Jay

We are a property maintenance company who deal every day with the property management team at Mishon Mackay, from Jordan, Maria, Natasha, Gracie and Skye they are all brilliant to work with. Nothing is too much, they're friendly, always on hand to answer our questions and queries and we have built up a great trusted working relationship. Would definitely recommend for all your property needs. Mark PriceMP Property

TrustpilotGood letting agents
We rented a property via Mishon Mackay, it was a straightforward process from start to finish. We dealt with the landlord directly with repairs (who was also very prompt and reliable) so cannot comment on MM's handling of this element, but in terms of dealing with them as a letting agent and any queries re our contract etc I'd certainly recommend them and use them again. Many thanks.

TrustpilotWe had the most wonderful service from…
We had the most wonderful service from Sarah McCarthy and Chris when selling our house. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to have a meeting at our convenience with Sarah when we needed to clear up a few matters. Moving can be a very emotional business and super stressful but we were put at our ease and taken through step by step. Really good communicators.

TrustpilotVery satisfied
The agents pulled out all the stops to get viewings, and sold the house a month after going on the market. They were successful after another agent had failed to sell it. Genuine helpfulness and support throughout the selling process.

TrustpilotThanks Charlotte
We bought our house through Charlotte at the Hurst office. She was great - was very honest and open about the house and understanding about our situation. She returned calls promptly and did what she said she would do.

Thank you Bec, for your review about Charlotte in our Hustpierpoint office. It really is as simple as doing what you say you are going to do with grace and a smile. Two things we know Charlotte has in bucketloads. We are delighted you felt looked after by her. We wish you all the very best for the future.

TrustpilotExceptional property management from MM
Maria recently handled an insurance claim on our behalf. She was exceptionally professional and diligent throughout what was a very stressful and lengthy claims process involving multiple parties and insurers. She also oversaw the necessary renovations and remedial work to a very high standard so that the property re-let on its first day back on the market. A huge thank you all round.

TrustpilotWould recommend
We recently sold our flat through Mishon Mackay, we went with them because they seemed really confident about our sale going through quickly, and although we had to drop our price they secured a serious buyer within days of us doing so. Their sales completion service was good - we didn't need to do much chasing ourselves. I'd definitely consider selling through them again, great team at Seven Dials.

TrustpilotSatisfaction guaranteed.
Just about to complete on a sale, Glen, Damien and Pam all conducted themselves in the most professional way. We had one or two sticky moments through the sales process but Glen's experience and his simple ability to talk to people got us through these moments. They kept us totally up to date as to what was happening and chased people when it was required.A thoroughly professional outfit.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
