I have rented for many years and have invariably had poor service from both letting agents and landlords. But renting my flat through Mishon Mackay was a genuinely - and surprisingly - pleasant experience. They were very responsive and fixed any issues (a mouldy wall and a broken heater) quickly and without questioning me. They were very helpful when I needed flexibility around ending my contract date, and were friendly and helpful on the phone. I would definitely use them again if renting in future.

They really helped me secure the property I wanted despite there being a lot of interest and supported me when the process became long and stressful. Pleasant staff however could have done with being more assertive with our buyer who turned out to be unreliable and did not have the money to buy the property .they did find another buyer in time for us to still buy the property we wanted although lost out on the original one Overall happy but cannot give 5 for this reason

Failed to turn up to value the property several times! Then fails to provide a valuation. After a few weeks I asked for the valuation. They sent within 30 minutes. Significantly undervalued compared to neighbours houses and another estate agent. Had wanted to use them but not now. Not impressed.

Amy lead the sale and Sue the followup to completion.They have been keen and kept me informed throughout the process. An initial buyer pulled out and we reviewed strategy from which a more enthusiastic buyer emerged. Overall I'm satisfied that we found a realistic price that worked for all parties.

Damien Dunford is a true professional and we felt very much 'looked after' throughout the sale of our much loved family home. Damien helped out with managing all the relationships (with the buyers and solicitors), so we didn't have to. Highly recommended.
