We have bought our house through Amy at the Church Rd office. She has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Our purchase process has been very slow (nothing to do with Mishon Mackay, an issue down the chain) and Amy has worked tirelessly chasing up all the different parties across the chain to make sure that the sale went through.

The move was a bit of a saga due to the 'on-off' capability of our buyer to be 'able to' or 'not able to' raise the cash that he needed. So we constantly had to make decisions about finding a new buyer or sticking with our guy. Through all this angst, MM provided good support, sensitive/sensible reasoned advice AND someone to moan at. Just what we needed!

Dee and Felix are a great team. They listen to the client and advise accordingly. My sale was seemles as everyone was working to the same end goal in a timely fashion. I'm normally hesitant to use the agents conveyancing team however I could not have wished for a better person. Amy has to be one of the best solicitors I have used. Had a really positive experience with Mishon Mackay. They showed me my new home before it was officially on the market as they recognised it was exactly what I was looking for. I made an offer on the spot. Although there were a few ups and downs with the purchase, Mishon Mackay always communicated really well and were fun to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

I sold a flat during the pandemic. It took much longer than anticipated, due to factors outside of Mishon Mackay, but Thomas at the Hove branch dealt with it fantastically. He spent a lot of time chasing the relevant contacts, kept us informed of progress and was professional and approachable throughout. I recommend him 100% for sales!
