DO NOT PURCHASE NEW HOMES FROM MISHON MCKAY HOVE OR ENTER INTO ANY RESERVATION FEE AGREEMENTS. After misleading us over a new property which was being built 'car free' despite Mischon Mckay explicitly stating it had access to parking, they asked us to pay a £1,000 reservation fee. This is yet to be returned despite it coming to light the property was car-free over two weeks ago.

Professional team in the Kemp Town office. As a first time seller they guided me through the process with regular updates. I had already moved up north and I was confident that they were very capable and experienced overseeing my sale. Although I liaised with all the team it was Dani who was dealing with the final part of the sale and worked hard to get to the sale
