GoogleRang up to ask for an extra internal measurement on a property (Aurum Hove) before travelling 6 hours to view it as I wanted to ensure the property was big enough. The lady I spoke to simply wasnβt interested, didnβt ask about my buying position or offer to help with my request. Such a shame as was really interested but the estate agent has completely put me off even trying again to attempt to get the information I needed prior to viewing.

Alexandra and her team recently helped me sell my flat. They were completely brilliant. I initially selected another estate agency who promised a higher price. They quickly disappointed. When I swapped to Mishon Mackay I couldn't believe the difference. They were so helpful and genuine and supported me every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We have found the letting staff to be rude, inefficient and lacking in basic skills. We had so many problems moving in with the admin staff forgetting things and causing delays plus an inventory that is seemingly for another flat it's so different, which they refuse to amend. Long wait for any repairs issues. Worst lettings agent I have experienced and would advise people to avoid avoid avoid.

GoogleI rates-0. Noone unswer to call. When i called and already someone pick up phone and I asked my question and someone say- i donβt hear you and hund up the phone. And i called two or tree times more and noone to pick up to phone after it. So iβm not english and maybe my acsent is bad. But it is not a reason ignore people like me. It is not nice.

After misleading us over a new property which was being built 'car free' despite Mischon Mckay explicitly stating it had access to parking, they asked us to pay a Β£1,000 reservation fee. This is yet to be returned despite it coming to light the property was car-free over two weeks ago.
