GoogleWorst this guys are - not even shown up for the appointment and I arrived the place 15 minutes earlier and waited 15 minutes and called several times. No one shown up and no called me at the appointment time. It's worst management.

GoogleFirstly, I want to give a massive thanks on behalf of me and my flatmates to Lara. Not only did she work tirelessly on helping us acquire somewhere to stay on such short notice, she worked endlessly with a refreshing manner of professionalism, kindness and genuine care. Me and my friends aren’t the most organised which lead to her having to chase us up a good few times and not once did I hear even a sigh of frustration. Instead she looked to assist us with any obstacles in our way of getting this house. She treated us in a way in which if everyone showed the willingness and heart she did the world would be a much happier place to live in. I think we could all take a page out of her book. So id like to reiterate the biggest thanks possible to the great Lara for going above and beyond with a smile and helping hand at the ready.

GoogleIncredibly poor service. Would not recommend at all. Awful communication between staff within the office. They left an important break clause out of the agreement after specifically agreeing this with multiple people at leaders, which they left to the VERY last minute to sort out. The flat was FILTHY when we moved in, multiple appliances broken. Really disappointing. They did the check out report too early, without consent of all tenants, resulting in the loss of my property and confusion with the landlord. To top it off, it took them over a month to process the return of our deposit. They did nothing in a timely manner apart from taking money off us. Glad to be done with the whole thing.

GoogleGreat experience. My flat was being re-decorated after the previous tenant left. I gave Leaders a date when I thought it would be completed. Tom contacted me before the work was completed and showed round a prespective tenant who immediately took the flat. So it was let before it was even advertised. Used Leaders for 20 odd years, can't fault them.
