I have been with Leaders for 8 years as a landlord and recently had problems with one tenant and this made me realise how fortunate I am that my point of contact is Charlotte Falk - because she is always efficient, organised and gets things done and I naturally take this for granted but its because of her skills that any potential issues get addressed before they become a problem and that my properties continue to be managed with minimum disruption to myself. There is the occasional bump in the road, but to summarise, Leaders supply an excellent professional service. Leaders clearly work as a team and others in the office, Steve, Lynn and Joanne to name a few, again, are always there when their services are required. thank you to the leaders team.

Jo Stakim has been a wonderful property manager for us. Whenever we've had issues she makes sure they're dealt with quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way so we're never unsure of progress. Whether it's bigger issues or small ones, she treats them all seriously for us and makes sure we're helped in a timely manner. Plus, she's incredibly friendly! When we moved in, the staff members are patient with our multiple issues and requests. When we moved out, it was very hard to get our deposit back. There had been significant delays, and we sent multiple emails and called them multiple times. The process was very stressful and took 2 months. Kaitlyn Young has been helpful in helping us to resolve the deposit issues. But overall, we are still unsatisfactied with all the paperwork and hassle just to get our deposit back.

Harry helped us turn around a very unpleasant experience at another property to secure an amazing rental with Leaders…..and in record time. He pulled out all the stops to make the move happen within 10 days of first seeing the property. It could have been a stressful experience but he was professional, friendly and had a great sense of humour whilst juggling the process! Big shout out to Tom who picked it all up if Harry wasn’t available and personally helped us with the final hurdle. All in all a very positive experience. Thankyou so much

The property manager Francesca Crawford is absolutely brilliant and very helpful! She is quick to respond to any issues that arise and equally prompt in facilitating communication between the landlord and tenant and any other third party (repair persons etc). During any times of stress- e.g. moving out, dealing with someone as kind, polite and understanding as her is an absolute joy. I'm lucky and grateful to have had her as my property manager!

We did find the whole referencing checking quite a long process and the fact so many external outsourced companies were involved i.e lettingshub. On a local note we found Thomas the lettings agent from Hove, prompt and polite and answered all our questions and we luckily secured a family home in BN3 quite quickly. Thanks Thomas once again. I moved into a property with leaders in August last year and they have been consistently brilliant. My flat has been managed by Joanne who has gone above and beyond on any issue I have. She has been quick to respond and always helped however she can to make my place be as good as it could be. I’m aware letting agents can often get a bad reputation however this is not the case with Leaders and Joanne and everyone in the team have been fantastic and made me feel welcome from the start.

I have just learned that your excellent property manager, Joanne Stakim, is moving on to pastures new. Just to say that as a landlord with a number of properies let via Leaders we have a lot of experience with various property managers over a number of years and so we can probably be reasonably qualified to judge how good they are. Jo has been looking after all our properties for some time now (which has been very helpful) and she has proved, very reliable and highly reactive to any queries from us or from tenants and always followed through.
