GoogleLeaders have managed my property for 7 years while I have been based overseas and their service has consistently been excellent. They have quickly found suitable tenants when required but, more importantly, have continued to provide efficient and timely support throughout the tenancy period. I have been looked after by Jo Stakim who has managed my relationship with the tenants brilliantly and dealt with all issues professionally, punctually and courteously. I am now coming back to live in the property and the end of tenancy process has been very easy and efficient.

GoogleWe are looking for a rental and are finding extremely difficult to find a good letting agency, sometimes the agency is more important than the place you end up letting. Steve has been amazing from the first viewing we have done together, he’s actually responding to email and listening to our needs. Most of the time what happens in Brighton is that there is so much demand agencies don’t even call back knowing that eventually they’ll find someone and it’s extremely frustrating. We really hope to find our next home with Steve and his team!

GoogleOne of the worst experiences as a tenant in UK, they just looked after the Landlord which was a greedy man, they never replied to our email , changing manger every week and no communication. Never had any repair done. We almost lost a flat as they didn’t reply to the reference company too and we had to chase them to get this done. Always automatic reply as the person in charge was on Holiday. We lost half of the deposit for no real reason and we wish this review can help other people to avoid them if they going to rent in Hove. There is much more but too long to express all our frustration with them. Be aware they are so bad that you wont stay in the flat for more then 1 year so better choose properly your place if you moving there.

She has been remarkably helpful, always available and she has taken the time to explain to me very patiently again and again the same processes as I often had a hard time understanding how to proceed with some necessary paperwork. Additionally, when I was about to leave Brighton and thus I had to break my tenancy earlier than expected due to some very serious life circumstances, she was more than helpful and supportive!
