GoogleReally friendly and professional letting agents. Always answered and returned calls quickly. Didn’t pester us when trying to make such an important decision. Kept us well informed with the letting process. Never felt like anything was a problem, even with my million queries and questions! When we moved into our property all inventory issues were dealt with straight away (on the day). Can’t ask for more than that! Thank you for making everything seem effortless.

GoogleAs we came to Brighton from Sweden we went to Leaders looking for an apartment to rent. Came back to add/change things on our profile multiple times, and each time we came back no changes had been made and what we had talked about had simply not been documented. We were promised multiple viewings since our budget was quite high, but didn't hear back from them once. Went back one final time to make sure all of our contact details were right and suddently they couldn't find us nor all of the things we'd told them over our 5+ visits. The staff was incredibly positive each visit and had a very "no problem"-mindset, don't let this fool you. Wouldn't recommend Leaders to anyone - appearance isn't everything.

GoogleI have only been in my property for a week but so far, Leaders have been a joy to deal with. The process of finding a property and completing the necessary documentation once we had found one, could not have been simpler. We have also already logged a series of maintenance issues upon moving in which Leaders have been quick to act upon via our landlady. My only hope is that this excellent service stays consistent throughout the duration of our tenancy with Leaders - time will tell!

GoogleWe rented a place in Hove for 3 years - without telling us everytime Leaders renewed our 12 month lease they were actually locking us in for an entire 12 months with no option to get out early regardless of notice given! Even the Landlord claimed he didn't know Leaders were running this kind of operation. We have rented several places before and this is the first time I have ever heard of this dirty trick being used on tenants. Of course for the first 6 months or year you are locked in but 3 years later and they didn't even mention it. I'm used to being treated like dirt by letting agencies but this sets a new standard of unethical business practice.
