GoogleNewly refurbished flat in center of Hove and they could not let it I am disappointed with lack of service The staff i had dealing with was difficult and lack energy Expensive charges too
Hello Ms Nikbaksh, we're sorry that you have been unhappy with your experience and we sympathise with your frustrations. To investigate this further, I have spoken to the branch who inform me that it was suggested that the property was marketed at a price that you were unhappy with, so we marketed it at a higher value than we had valued it at. There was also a leak which meant we could not market it for a week or so whilst that was being fixed. Whilst we understand and can appreciate your disappointment, the team did all they could to support you. GoogleI have rented several properties in Brighton before and Leaders have been the loveliest by far. They were really understanding of our work commitments (shiftwork) and always had a fabulous sense of humour over the phone. Always very polite, honest, and kind and we now live in a wonderful flat with a wonderful landlord.

Sophie in property management is exceptionally helpful, always giving everything to make sure the property is looked after. Highly recommended
