GoogleGeorgia @ Leaders Hove recently helped me to let a new property nearby. Couldn't recommend her more - friendly, helpful & always reachable. Jess, Co-ordinator, was also super helpful in getting everything across the line. Only hiccup was spelling mistakes on the Tenancy Agreement which had to be resent a few times, though this was more of a back office fault.

GoogleOverall, very impressed with the service and certainly the most professional firm I have used. It helps to be a specialist in lettings and to have access to legal briefings. The only improvement I might suggest is the initial vetting of tenants (beyond the tick box approach of the credit agencies). It is important to assess their suitability by reference to their past record as a tenant not just their ability to pay.
