GoogleI am currently looking for a rental flat with my boyfriend and have had an absolute nightmare with other letting agents in the area who don’t get back to you. Daisy Drake-Lee at Leaders has been absolutely amazing and really communicative with me which has made flat hunting a lot more enjoyable (when someone wants to engage with you!) Although I haven’t found anywhere just yet, dealing with Leaders has been a great experience so far and I hope to find a place with them.

GoogleKatie managed our property efficiently and effectively for many years, always in a polite and friendly manner. She made letting the property very easy and stress-free by quickly dealing with any issues and arranging contractors when necessary to maintain the property and undertake the legal checks. She communicated with us promptly and liaised well with the tenants. Check-in and -out reports were very thorough and informative. GoogleLeaders as a whole is a very efficient estate agent to rent through. I needed to end my tenancy agreement early and had lots of help with this. They took me through each stage of the process and a lovely lady called Charlotte greatly helped me by finalising everything and making sure that my deposit was returned. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Thank you Leaders for your great service and providing professional and kind staff.

GoogleWe've been with Leaders as landlord for many years, happy with the service and management of the property. Marketing usually efficient, good market insight on appropriate pricing, and online signing of contracts is easy. Charlotte manages our ongoing services, when things need repairing, it is quickly notified,and usually resolved quickly if you use Leaders sister company, a bit harder when you ask for other companies to be used.

We had been searching for a flat in Brighton/Hove for about 3 months and used nearly every estate agent in the city! GoogleWors agency I have evere rented from. They are trying to charge me for 1 additional months rent when I handed in the notice well in advance and the property manager never responded to any of my calls. They never fix anything that breaks down in the flat either and on top of that they try to charge you additional fees when you leave the property. My advise would be stay well clear of Leaders.

GoogleWe've been with Leaders for almost a year and really can't fault them. From the beginning they've been friendly and helpful and always quick with communication. Charlotte from the management team has been great and we can always rely on her help or advise when we need it! We've used many real estate agents in Brighton but these guys are by far the best.

GoogleI was warned that Leaders can be 'sharky'. I had a bit of a 'mare with them, after renting for 6 years. They failed to serve me notice to move out (I figure they delivered to the next door building, as my building does not have a flat 6 which they referred to) When I was disputing the cleaning fee they added £60 charge for a renewal fee 4 years prior. I'm pretty sure I paid it and that they would have chased me at the time, not 4 years later...
