While we have not yet reached completion, I would like to share the excellent experience we've had with Jacobs Steel so far. We have been house hunting in Brighton&Hove for over a year now and their services have been amazing compare to most other local agents. Despite a few set backs, they never gave up looking for our perfect house and kept us updated throughout. We now have found something we are very happy with and the whole process is very smooth. Their help is invaluable in many aspects. I also want to give a special shout out to Cerys Farrell who, despite being "only" a sales apprentice, was absolutely incredible in both scouting the market for what we wanted and making each visit very special! Richard and his team worked really hard to secure our sale, even as we lost buyer after buyer and the road got a bit bumpy. Richard was personable yet professional and had excellent knowledge of the market, and obviously has a lot of experience as he was able to answer every question we threw at him, and always knew and could explain the best approach to take. He was also able to recommend other services (such as surveyors, solicitors and other services required in purchasing and selling a home) at the drop of a hat. One star dropped due to personal preference about communication style - Richard likes to communicate multiple pieces of information at a time, even if that means not being in touch for a few days at a time as he works in the background. I would personally have preferred more regular, minor updates, but I do understand that that would probably be a less efficient approach and would reduce Richard's ability to actually get the sale done! All in all, we would recommend Jacobs Steel, and Richard's team to get your sale completed in a professional manner.

He was the only person moving jt forward as the solicitors were not invested in it at all. He was always at the end of the phone or email finding answers when he was unsure.
