HW Estate Agents Hove reviews

A huge thank you to the team at HW and Liam in particular for selling our property. After trying to sell our property with three other local agents, where we received infuriatingly poor service, we luckily came across HW! They are friendly, professional and motivated, ensuring we sold our flat in next to no time very smoothly. When our purchase property abruptly fell through with days to spare before our sale completion Ollie jumped to our rescue and found us a temporary rental. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My partner and I were impressed with the overall service received. The team were pleasant to work with, always available and provided regular updates without prompting. We felt as though they were in our corner, which might sound like a strange thing to say but what I mean is we never felt compromised by an ulterior motive to simply get the commission in. Their fees were competitively priced and well earned. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

HW Estate Agents are in my opinion at the uppermost forefront when it comes to the property market and a privilege to have an on going business partnership with for now and the foreseeable future.long may they continue providing their outstanding quality!! At last a company that actually works with word and action!! Fantastic service!!! THANK YOU. Neil.

The thought of entrusting not only an agent to find a suitable tenant but to assist in managing my portfolio was one that I never considered due to the fact I honestly believed I would not find an agent with exceptionally high standards as myself and what my tenants expect and deserve too. However, both Ollie and Ricky have met such standards and am delighted with their service and professionalism, whilst maintaining a friendly non stuffy approach. I cannot recommend them both highly enough. Keep up the good work guys !

I used HW to purchase a new home and I have no hesitation in recommending HW. Adam was the agent - there was good communication throughout, he chased up solicitors (and they also recommended a great solicitor) and the whole process went well.

I recently completed a purchase through this agent. Adam was polite, professional and incredibly responsive throughout. Once we got agreement on the price Adam was helpful every step of the way from the first viewing to handing the keys over - if I was selling these are the team I would use

Everyone we’ve met and spoken to at HW has been so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They really went out of their way to help us find somewhere to rent and the place we’ve ended up in was one they actually suggested for us based off our needs and wants. They helped make what I was anticipating to be a stressful process very easy and pleasant. As a tenant I would feel comfortable to pick up the phone to them if there was an issue because of their friendly nature. If you want a stress free, easy going, positive experience HW are the people!

We have been tenants of a property managed by HW for 3 years now and cannot praise them enough. Ella, Finlay, Liam and the whole team have always been helpful, friendly supportive and thoroughly amazing at their jobs. Any issues or queries are dealt with immediately and they’re always happy to help if needed. The rent they propose is fair and the service they offer through the tenancy is unbeatable. Above all you really do feel they value you as tenants and people rather than you just being another name on the books. I can’t recommend them enough.

We were recently letting through HW estate agents. Unfortunately our landlord sold the property, but HW tried to assist us in finding a new property. Whilst renting through HW I found them professional and extremely courteous. They were always happy to help with any issues that arose. We are renting privately now but if we needed to move in the future I would definitely recommend HW.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Having had a disappointing experience with another agent, I was blown away by how quickly Adam found a buyer for my flat and oiled all the various wheels that needed occasional coaxing when potential hitches arose - leading to completion in a surprisingly short time. He always promised we would complete before Christmas and we have!

After having past experiences with overzealous estate agents so we wanted to pick an independent with a personal touch. When Adam arrived to value our home he seemed like an easy-going genuine person, not your typical salesman. He was very involved in the sale and in contact constantly, we would not hesitate to recommend HW estate agents.
