GoogleI recently had the pleasure of renting a property through HW Estate Agents. From my first enquiry with Ella and the patience of Daniel in showing me the property and responding quickly to complete paperwork and secure the property they were great from start to finish. GoogleHaving previously dealt with Liam at other local estate agents I knew i was in safe hands when i put my property on the market with HW estate agents. He was very professional and friendly and got me an offer on my property within a week. I would highly recommend Liam and HW estate agents to anyone thinking of selling.

GoogleJust moved to brighton and luckily I have chosen HW estate agency, the letting team are fab! Huge thanks also to Shaun, as I been communitacting with regarding everything about my property and had went above and beyond to help me with all my inquiries. The only thing I would recommend for international tenants is when transfering the payment is to transfer it directly to the Agency Account instead of goodlords because of the delays goodlord might have. But overall, Great Experience. Really recommended.

GoogleMy partner and I just bought our first house - HW were the seller's agents. Their manager Adam proved to be a prompt and honest point of contact and very personable. He helped us through when the sale seemed to be at risk of collapse. We're under no illusion that an agent's first responsibility is to their client (the seller), but even as buyers we came out of this inevitably-stressful process feeling that we'd been in good hands. If we were in the market to sell (or rent!) a property in Brighton & Hove, based on our experience HW would be our first choice...

We feel comfortable knowing we are in good hands and unlike other experiences we have had in the past with using an agent rather than private landlord, we are so happy with the service and how it's run. We feel looked after and not taken for a ride. Highly recommend HW & the lovely, friendly staff- who at such a stressful time in your life will go above and beyond.

GoogleWe just sold our flat through HW, dealing with Adam and Liam initially and then Niaombh for the last couple of months. It was quite a difficult sale with two sets of buyers dropping out, but HW worked hard to secure new offers quickly for us. We really appreciated all Niaombh's efforts pushing things forward towards the end of the process, chasing the solicitors and other estate agents regularly to make sure we managed to complete
