GoogleI cannot thank HW Estate agents enough they made the process of renting effortless. And I want to especially thank Shaun for being so helpful and guiding me on my first time rental. 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleFantastic experience with HW estate agents. We decided to use this agency to rent out our apartment and are really happy with them. We have been dealing with Ollie and could not recommend hime or the agency more, a fantastic, professional, easy process all round. Our tenants have also been really happy with them and the process has been very straight forward so thank you!

GoogleThis is a fantastic letting agency who have been responsive and professional from the get-go. I was looking for something very particular and they found it quickly (I actually took the first place they showed me although the range was fantastic) and I have just renewed for my second year with no problems at all. Super service... friendly staff, I cant recommend them enough.

GoogleLiam did a fantastic job of selling my property, he sold it within the specified time frame for the over the asking price. Great service and good communication throughout the process. 10/10 would use again. A trusted and well run local company. I run a local company and have heard numerous good things about HW from my own clients who have used their services.

GoogleAfter trying to sell our house through two other agents without success, we met with Adam from HW Estate Agents. He took us through the whole process thoroughly and within a few weeks he managed to find us a buyer. I would highly recommend.

GoogleOne of the best letting agents in Brighton and Hove! I had Shaun Cook as my agent and he did an outstanding job. He was really professional to answer any questions I had, negotiated all points that I wanted with landlolrd and was kind enough to assist me with any questions that I had while moving into my new home.

GoogleExploitative dishonest tactics used when it came to deposit return, TDS ruled they tried to take £570 unjustly - avoid at all costs or it will cost!

Hi Bradley - Thank you for your review. When leaving a property a check out report is always booked, this is then compared to the inventory, as you are aware. Following this, a contractor is appointed to quote for any remedial works required, (not on the inventory when moved in) as was the case with the property your rented. Once all of the quotes are received along with the report these figures are put on to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for them to adjudicate on the deposit return. We do not just simply make up a figure nor do we profit from this which is why we aim to get any deposit returns completed as soon as possible to avoid adjudication by the TDS and to save everyone time. We feel your review is somewhat unjust as HW were not trying to retain your deposit or do anything under hand. All the best HW

GoogleGreat team all round and different from your standard letting agency. Ella who helped me get a new tenant really cared about getting a good fit for not just me, but the new tenant as well!

GoogleWe had a very good experience. Our agent was Adam and he didn’t overpromise and was very careful to keep us informed. I was grateful to him in successfully selling a property which has taken some time to sell prior to instructing him.
