Initially uncertain of the efficacy or economics of dealing with an estate agent our experience with Ollie has been just amazing. Prompt, courteous, helpful comms and an accommodating and can do attitude around the whole process have left us very impressed and grateful too. Would absolutely recommend.

HW Estate Agents are professional and well-connected in the Hove and Brighton area. They did a good job generally with what turned out to be somewhat of a lengthy and complex sale. I must agree with some earlier reviews that they are oriented towards the seller, not the buyer. From buyer perspective, often weeks went by without any contact. Our preferred transfer date came and went without any communication or much clarity on the progress. When the seller was suddenly ready, we were rushed to go through and straighten out very important contractual documents, which was a stressful experience.

The excellent team in HW Estate Agents have quickly obtained and secured all our tenants in 2023 and 2024 with an honest, seamless , friendly and efficient service from taking instruction. The HW team provided escorted viewings, referencing, completing AST agreements and finally providing comprehensive condition report inventories with uninterrupted professionalism through to each new tenant moving in. Feedback from our tenants, sought by us after move in, confirmed that this efficient friendly service was professional and reassuring from their side too. Well done everyone at HW Estates and thank you.

Fantastic guidance and support from HW Estate Agents. Neve and Adam really helped us through with both the sale of our current house and the purchase of our new home, providing the much needed advice when it was needed. They have been friendly, professional, playing an integral role in ensuring everything has gone smoothly and stress-free, completing in approx 10 weeks. Highly recommend - thank you guys, it was a pleasure partnering with you on the sale and purchase!!

A huge thank you to the team at HW and Liam in particular for selling our property. After trying to sell our property with three other local agents, where we received infuriatingly poor service, we luckily came across HW! They are friendly, professional and motivated, ensuring we sold our flat in next to no time very smoothly. When our purchase property abruptly fell through with days to spare before our sale completion Ollie jumped to our rescue and found us a temporary rental. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
