They were extremely professional, great communication throughout, helped in chasing up solicitors and made the whole process easy. Adam was particularly friendly and helpful.

GoogleHW Estates were fantastic. Liam was so helpful from the start and found us an excellent tenant very fast. He was always on the end of the phone when I had a question, responded to texts and went way beyond 'the call of duty' by helping us find tradesmen to sort out some of our problems. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for our other properties. An excellent team!

GoogleAdam and team have been very helpful. At first, I used them for letting. They found me good tenants. When I decided to sell my property. They found me good buyer in a quiet market. They have been very professional and well manner to me. Adam also recommended me a very good solicitor who charged at reasonable rate. The solicitor was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend HW Estate Agents to anyone.

We’re gutted that we’re not buying a property through them, as our dream home was held by another estate agents! GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this agency which lacks professionalism, with an arrogant and nonchalant team. Arriving in a rental not even cleaned and in a deplorable state without even making an effort to move to make an inventory with us or even apologize. I am shocked by this lack of respect on the part of a real estate agency. I absolutely do not recommend!
Hi Clementine, thank you for your review of which we are of course frustrated to hear. As you are aware when you viewed and agreed to take the property, it had been lightly refurbished by the landlord. HW were informed that the works were completed and the property was ready to be cleaned and moved in to. Following your move in appointment you made us aware the property was not ready, however, following our visit to the property it was noted that the property was indeed ready to move into and simply needed a top up clean (due to dust) which was arranged the same day, and the downstairs toilet & front door had only had one coat of paint, so we recommended to the landlord that a further coat of paint was required. These are works that would not stop someone moving into or living at the property. The landlord had agreed to rectify the issues immediately to which you declined as you would not let his tradesmen enter the property and wanted to use your own. It was also agreed with all parties that the landlord would carry out any necessary maintenance required and even offered £100 refund as a gesture of goodwill. HW and the landlord have tried to rectify any issues that have arisen within a swift manner, with the landlord even offering compensation, which you were not happy with and didn't accept. The property is not in a deplorable state and an independent inventory has been created to show this. As an agency HW will continue to ensure we keep the highest communication standards throughout the entire rental process and we will continue to do so until issues are resolved.
