Really Amazing! Kyle showed us around the property and was so friendly. He was also really knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions on the spot, it really helped us to make a quick decision. Which was extra amazing as we needed to move in just over a week. Ella helped us with everything and was incredible. There were a few hiccups, as there always is with paperwork, which weren’t their fault, but she still went above and beyond to sort things out and help get us in the property on time. Can’t thank the team enough!

I’ve been so pleased with HW Estate Agents.& especially Adam who helped us sell our property in Brighton. The whole process was made stress free from start to finish with our property being sold within 2 weeks. Adam kept us updated during every step of the process which with living so far away was so helpful. They always took time to give me feedback on viewings and we’re available for any questions or queries, quickly responding back to me. I can’t recommend them enough and after having awful experiences with other local estates agents I’m so grateful we were recommended HW Estates by a friend who’d also used them. Keep up the great work!

Michael at HW is an estate agent who really does do what he says he is going to for his clients; from my experience this is a rarity amongst estate agents. He is genuine, tells you it straight, and always has a strategy whatever the issue, never letting you forget You are his client. He makes the highly complicated process of moving much more bearable. Just try him out and you'll see what I mean.

Excellent service. We used HW first as our rental agents (very happy) and then to sell the rental flat. Both Liam and Adam have always been great. Adam did a first class service with the sale, put it on at the perfect time arranged masses of viewings then navigated and negotiated the way through several great offers until we received the perfect buyer... and the asking price! All went really smoothly. Very pleased indeed. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience going through the process of renting my flat out with HW. Ted was very professional and kept me up to date throughout. It is by far the best experience I have had with any estate agent!

We were first-time property buyers in the UK, with my brother buying from abroad. Adam was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He was respectful of my preference to communicate via email rather than phone calls, and was always prompt in his responses. Throughout the process, he was supportive and reassuring, making us feel safe and secure knowing he was there to answer any questions we had. Adam was proactive in pushing things forward when needed, such as with communication with solicitors. He seemed to have everything under control, coordinating between sellers, buyers, solicitors, and surveyors. This made the entire process much smoother and easier for us. We had tried other agents before, but none were as focused, caring, and supportive as Adam. Buying a flat can be a stressful experience, but Adam helped us navigate through it with ease. If we ever decide to sell in the future, we know exactly where to go. Thank you, Adam, for all your help and support!

After an established Estate Agent was not able to let my property I decided to approach HW. Luckily for me it turned out to be the best decision I made. As a landlord you do not want your property sitting empty. These guys worked tirelessly and got my property rented within days. The service was impeccable. Liam. Josh and Naomi. Always responded to emails and phone requests keeping me updated step by step. The service is outstanding. The cost to me as a landlord was minimum. Seriously if you are thinking of letting or selling. Give HW Estate Agents a go. You will not be disappointed.

Adam was really great in helping my daughter buy her first flat. He was straightforward and easy to deal with and kept the transaction moving along through several difficult stages. He kept us well informed and even gave my daughter a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card signed by the whole office on completion! I'm an investment landlord and have dealt with many estate agents and Adam stands out as really excellent. I will definately be using HW next time I'm selling a property.

We recently bought our first home through HW Estates. Niaombh was great at communicating both sides and helping the sale go as smoothly as possible. She was instrumental in keeping everything on track and making sure the seller knew we were serious buyers. There were a few hurdles in the process but she helped us feel much more at ease with it all!

I was a first time buyer and Adam was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the lengthy and stressful process! Despite being unable to purchase the first property I initially wanted, Adam remained positive and helped me to find another property I loved even more! Excellent communication throughout the whole process, able to answer any questions I had promptly and also recommended great solicitors! Very grateful to the Adam and the HW team, and I would highly recommend them!

I had a very poor experience with HW Estate Agents. From the very first day I moved in, the boiler was not working. This was in January, during extremely cold weather, and my heater also stopped working at the same time. …

Adam and his team were brilliant in securing the sale of our property in just a few weeks last July. Our onward purchase then fell through and it took many months for us to find and secure another property. HW Estate Agents patiently supported our buyers through this prolonged waiting period and, almost a year on, the sale is now complete. We never felt under any pressure and having Adam’s support greatly reduced the stress during this past year. I highly recommend HW Estate Agents.

I would highly recommend HW, and in particular Adam Nazarkko, if you are thinking of selling your property. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and communicated well, which is crucial in this process !!! Adam, especially, went above and beyond in always being available for updates and in buoying our morale when the process took longer than we expected. Wouldn't hesitate to use HW again.

I'd like to recommend Adam at HW Estate Agents for his support and help navigating a tricky move from one flat to another in Hove. We overcame several freehold and leasehold issues and Adam's flexibility, advice and general all round support guided me through my sale and my purchase, ensuring I moved into my new home in time for Xmas!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with HW with the purchase of our new home. I've used many agents over the years and I have no hesitation in recommending HW. They were extremely professional, great communication throughout, helped in chasing up solicitors and made the whole process easy. Adam was particularly friendly and helpful.

Went with HW to sell my flat - they went above and beyond to complete the sale to a tight deadline and sell the flat for asking price! Thanks to Adam for all his help! Recommend over the bigger agents - a much more personal service! Thanks

HW Estates were fantastic. Liam was so helpful from the start and found us an excellent tenant very fast. He was always on the end of the phone when I had a question, responded to texts and went way beyond 'the call of duty' by helping us find tradesmen to sort out some of our problems. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for our other properties. An excellent team!
