GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle Woollon at HW when looking for a flat to rent. Kyle was one of the most professional letting agents we have ever dealt with. He took the time to understand our requirements and helped us secure our dream flat. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process seamless I would highly recommend Kyle Woollon!

GoogleMy experience with HW has been hugely superior to other agencies I’ve dealt with before. They’re on time, informative and they reached out to me with excellent listings they knew were what I was looking for. A massive shout out to Shaun Cook from the Brighton branch, who invested his time and effort in helping me find my next home- he really demonstrated a level of care and commitment that I’ve never experienced in the process of finding my next let before- THANK YOU Shaun, you found me my dream home!

GoogleAdam and team have been very helpful. At first, I used them for letting. They found me good tenants. When I decided to sell my property. They found me good buyer in a quiet market. They have been very professional and well manner to me. Adam also recommended me a very good solicitor who charged at reasonable rate. The solicitor was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend HW Estate Agents to anyone.

GoogleHW are a top notch team! HW dealt with the sale of our property, from start to finish we felt in very safe, professional hands. Adam and Niaombh were our primary contacts, both were excellent throughout and Adam went above and beyond at final stages to get the sale completed for us. We felt really looked after and an important client throughout the process - huge thanks and would highly recommend!

GoogleThese guys truly stand out above all over estate agents. Professional, honest, zero pressure, and very client led. We’re gutted that we’re not buying a property through them, as our dream home was held by another estate agents! But they still deserve a massive shout out - especially Adam who went out of his way to offer advice to us as first time buyers. Will definitely use HW in future and recommend to all!

Once again I turned to HW estate agents to find me a tenant and they sprung into action almost before the email had even landed and found a tenant with the usual efficiency, professionalism and speed I've come to appreciate. GoogleI am extremely disappointed with this agency which lacks professionalism, with an arrogant and nonchalant team. Arriving in a rental not even cleaned and in a deplorable state without even making an effort to move to make an inventory with us or even apologize. I am shocked by this lack of respect on the part of a real estate agency. I absolutely do not recommend!
Hi Clementine, thank you for your review of which we are of course frustrated to hear. As you are aware when you viewed and agreed to take the property, it had been lightly refurbished by the landlord. HW were informed that the works were completed and the property was ready to be cleaned and moved in to. Following your move in appointment you made us aware the property was not ready, however, following our visit to the property it was noted that the property was indeed ready to move into and simply needed a top up clean (due to dust) which was arranged the same day, and the downstairs toilet & front door had only had one coat of paint, so we recommended to the landlord that a further coat of paint was required. These are works that would not stop someone moving into or living at the property. The landlord had agreed to rectify the issues immediately to which you declined as you would not let his tradesmen enter the property and wanted to use your own. It was also agreed with all parties that the landlord would carry out any necessary maintenance required and even offered £100 refund as a gesture of goodwill. HW and the landlord have tried to rectify any issues that have arisen within a swift manner, with the landlord even offering compensation, which you were not happy with and didn't accept. The property is not in a deplorable state and an independent inventory has been created to show this. As an agency HW will continue to ensure we keep the highest communication standards throughout the entire rental process and we will continue to do so until issues are resolved.

GoogleHaving contacted a lot of estate agents in Brighton area to rent a flat we found them unhelpful until we contacted Finn at H,W. Estate Agents. from first contact until the handing over of the keys Finn went out of his way to ensure it went as smooth as possible and kept us informed along the way , but more importantly treated us as if we were important as customers .Could not recommend this young man enough .
