GoogleHelen has gone above and beyond the service level I have ever experienced from a lettings company. I live overseas and to have someone who you can trust with your property just around the corner has been a godsend. She's Incredibly nice and super efficient. Couldn't have wished for more. Amazing.

GoogleWe haven't completely moved in yet as some works still being completed, however our experience of Brand Vaughan so far has been fabulous. Good levels of communication which can be rare(!) And Lizzie and Ollie who handled most of our letting was extremely helpful. Would recommend π β¦

I've used MishonMackay twice for Rentals in Brighton, including my current place, I've found them quick to help, and fix issues and sorting out extensions has generally been smooth and easy. So if the flat you want to rent is with them I'd definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe used the Preston Park office for our purchase and could not fault the service , kept up-to date on the sale all the way through and emailed any developments. The staff were friendly and always willing to help any way they could. Brand Vaughan certainly stand out from the crowd!

Please avoid Brighton and Hove branch. Terrible service, they do not reply to emails nor the phone. Their job is to con students out of money they don't have. If you are a student avoid this place. Disgraceful behaviour!

GoogleTotally Unprofessional and careless agency! Cancelled our viewing 15 min before the time after coming all the way from London. When suggested that they should change their ways and honour their arrangements their reply was that that wasnβt possible.
